Devotion 18ct Gold Vermeil

Gold vermeil is when 18ct gold is plated onto sterling silver. Gold vermeil is different from gold plating because the base metal is always sterling silver and the thickness of the plating has to be at least 2.5 microns thick.  All my necklaces have been plated with a thickness of 5 microns and all the earrings have been plated with a thickness of 3 microns.  This should give the jewellery even more durability.  You can choose from 18ct yellow gold or 18ct rose gold vermeil.
